Travel Fees (Florida)

Florida allows notaries to charge a reasonable travel fee separate from statutory notarial fees, as long as it is disclosed and agreed to in writing before travel.

Travel fee = $25 base + $0.70 / mile

Calculated round-trip from our Florida base. Toll and long-distance trips over 50 miles are quoted individually.
